Please fill out this form if you are interested in joining the NWRA Women's Council.
Conditions of Membership

To be a member of the Women’s Council, you must meet the following requirements:
- Your company must be a member in good standing with the National Waste and Recycling Association (NWRA).
  - Membership in the Women’s Council is an additional cost separate from NWRA membership. The first membership is $200, and pricing varies based on the number of members from a company participating. Companies are billed directly.
- You must provide proof of approval from your supervisor as part of this form. This can be a screenshot of an approval email or an official document confirming their consent.

By my signature below, I hereby authorize and give National Waste & Recycling Assoication (“NWRA”) and its employees, members, agents and contractors (“Representatives”) the absolute, irrevocable and perpetual right and permission with respect to any photographs, videos and/or quotes (collectively, “Media”) that are provided by or taken of me in which I may be included, to use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part without restriction as to changes or alteration, individually or in conjunction with other photographs, videos and/or quotes, in any medium or form of distribution, and for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, editorial purposes, global internal and external communications, promotional and advertising uses, and other trade purposes for NWRA and its websites.

I hereby release and discharge NWRA and its Representatives from any and all claims and demands arising out of the use of such Media, and understand that all Media and any associated digital copies, negatives, disks or tapes are the sole property of NWRA. I certify that I am at least 18 years old and state further that I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution, and that I fully understand the contents thereof.
